Mar.Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department has built the first artificial "Super incinerator" island off Shek Kwu Chau, and built municipal solid waste incineration and power generation facilities on the island. This is the first waste-to-electricity conversion project of the new-generation waste incinerator in Hong Kong. It is also the first black start system synchronised with the large-scale steam turbine power generation system in Hong Kong, with an annual output of about 480 million KWH of electricity. Feb.Before end of 2021, 3Tech delivered 18 sets of large capacity (5000A and 6000A) 48V DC power systems to a Pilipino Teleco company to be installed in their major facilities in Manila. Some of them are used in data centre for large scale external data communication while others are installed in their telephone exchange centre. This was in addition to another 36 smaller capacity upto 1500A order received earlier.

Dec.3Tech supplied 13 (12+1) 2200kW 11kV standby generator systems for the Huizhou Tonghu Data Centre Phase 1. Phase 1 will be completed in 2021 and Phase 2 in 2022. Once completed, the data centre area is over 45,000 square metre. This data centre is designed according to the highest Class A requirements of China Data Centre GB standard.
